• We will contact you if your order could not be verified. Order confirmation does not constitute verification
• We ship orders using UPS. For bulk orders or special orders, we will arrange for other shipping options. Business customers may request to use their own account for shipping (subject to verification with carrier)
• Tracking is included for all shipments.
• Your order may ship in multiple packages depending on size of order

Lithium ion batteries

Lithium ion batteries are subject to US and international transport regulations when shipped. Lithium Master fully complies with all applicable US and international shipping regulations and laws and has to ship batteries using UPS Ground. Large battery meeting the definition of Hazardous Material (HazMat) will be declared as Dangerous Goods (DG) and shipped accordingly.

DG handling fee is mandatory for packages containing Dangerous Goods. The DG handling fee schedule is listed below and is included in the product price for affected products. This fee is a non-refundable regulatory charge imposed by the carrier.

Domestic (US)

We ship to any residential and business address except as noted below:

• We do not ship to PO Box, AFO/FPO except when USPS service is available
• We do not ship to guests at hotels, motels, inns, etc.
• Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories must use air shipping (restrictions apply)

International

Due to international regulation and carrier service availability, we currently offer international shipping to Canada only. For all other destinations, please contact us to check for service availability.

The general mode of operations is as follows:

• Customer is responsible for all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. We do not declare shipments as "Gift"
• A valid contact phone number is required for all international shipment
• Delivery not available to all foreign addresses, which may limit the delivery to transit hubs or business addresses

If your shipping address is in the US, the estimated delivery times are listed below. These times are based on carrier shipping practices, destination and the items you order. (Expected delivery estimates are approximate as orders can be delayed due to verification or factors outside of our control)

• Shipping charges are flat rate, tiered according to the order subtotal
• Handling fees, if any, are separate from shipping charges
